Erica Fowler Nichols

Erica Fowler Nichols, 71, of Lee County, died Saturday, April 20, 2019 at her residence.

Her funeral service will 2 PM Friday in the Chapel at Sherwood Baptist Church with interment in Floral Memory Gardens.  Rev. David Smith will officiate.

She had worked as a proof operator for several banks throughout her life and with the Hallmark store in the Albany Mall. Mrs. Nichols was a member of Sherwood Baptist Church, loved children and one of her greatest joys was holding babies in the church nursery every Sunday. 

Survivors include her husband for over 50 years Bob Nichols, Lee County, daughter, Rachel Bierly (Ben), Elwood, IL, son David Nichols (Rebecca), Colbert, GA, grandchildren, Daniel, Joshua, Noah, Asher, Hannah, Gabrielle, Noah, Luke, Naomi, Eowyn, Evangeline, brothers, Chris Fowler, Memphis, TN, Kevin Fowler, Memphis, TN and a sister Judy Ellen Butler, Martin, TN.

The family will receive friends Thursday 6 to 8 PM at Mathews Funeral Home. 

Due to health reasons please do not wear perfume or cologne to the visitation or funeral service.
