Elizabeth Paschall Wall

Elizabeth Paschal Wall, 90, of Albany, GA, died May 9, 2018 at her residence. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 AM at Avalon United Methodist Church. Rev. Eric Newman and Rev. Debbie Cone will officiate. Eddie Haggerty, Glenn Zuern, Everett Morton, Mike Bowyer, Mark Daniel, and Keith Stephenson will serve as active pallbearers. Interment will follow at 2:30 PM in the Tazewell United Methodist Church Cemetery in Tazewell, GA.

A native of Shellman, GA born to the late Benjamin and Dollie Paschal, Mrs. Wall attended Andrew College and graduated from Georgia College for Women in Milledgeville, GA. She taught school in Shellman after graduation then moved to Albany, GA in the late 1940’s where she met her late husband, Horace Wall.

Mrs. Wall was a homemaker and was employed with J.C. Penny and The Independent Life Insurance Company. She was a longtime member of Avalon United Methodist Church, the Women’s Sunday School Class, and the Ladies Bible Class.

Survivors include her daughter, Jan Spindle and her husband, Guy and a son, Greg Wall and his wife, Laura all of Albany, GA, four grandchildren, Eric Wall of Albany, GA Chandler Wall and his wife, Elizabeth of Canton, GA, Bradley Spindle of Lee County, GA and Brantley Kyle Spindle and his wife, Kelley of Albany, GA and four great-granddaughters, Peyton Claire Wall and Harper Hope Wall both of Canton, GA, Kyley Faith Spindle and Annabelle Morton both of Albany, GA, one great-grandson, Everett Morton of Albany, GA, an “Adopted Son”, Jack Cronin of Huntsville, AL, a host of nieces and nephews including Jack “Buddy” Swilley of San Antonio, TX, her very special caregivers, Martissue Bradley, Eva Gibbs, Barbara Brown, Renae Thomas, Carolyn Green, Terrie James, and Kenyetta Bowman, and her very special companion, her dog “Angel”.
