Eldridge Carlos Richardson

Eldridge Carlos Richardson, 75, of Leesburg, GA, died Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at Willson Hospice House. Memorial services will be held Friday, April 5, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Bobby Moye will officiate.

A native of Lexington, AL, Mr. Richardson had resided in Leesburg for the last 30 years. He was a truck driver and United States Air Force veteran. Mr. Richardson was preceded in death by his son, Robert Alan Richardson.

Survivors include his wife, Mildred Richardson, three step-children, Jennifer Allison and her husband Stuart and Marion Randall Bates, Jr. and his wife Michelle all of Leesburg, GA, Tammy Kay Morton and her husband Dave of Fayetteville, NC, ten grandchildren, Sam Richardson and Cole Richardson, John Taliaferro and Greg Taliaferro, Eric Bates, Sharon Bates, and Taylor Bates, Alex Allison, Aaron Allison, and Gracen Allison, one great-grandchild, Zane Taliaferro, two brothers, Mickey Richardson and his wife Layne of Lawrenceburg, TN and Danny Richardson and his wife Roberta of Oklahoma, and one sister, Barbara Brown and her husband Bobby of Loretto, TN.

The family will receive friends following the memorial service.
