Edna Moree McDonald

Edna Moree McDonald, 86, of Albany, GA passed away Sunday, December 22, 2013. A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses on 435 Dunbar Lane, Albany, GA.

Mrs. McDonald was born in Grady County, Georgia on January 18, 1927. Mrs. McDonald worked many years in retail and as a school-crossing guard. She was a devout member of Jehovah's Witnesses, being baptized in 1951.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E.R. Moree; her siblings, Donald Peyton Moree, A.G. Moree, her twin brother Edgar Moree, Russell Moree, Faye Shoupe, Thelma Dismuke; and by her husband, S.R. McDonald.

Survivors include, her children Selene McDonald and Mark McDonald, his wife Susanne McDonald and her grandchildren Connor and Emily McDonald of Albany, GA; her siblings, Earline Greene of Snellville, GA, Nancy Gabaldon of Albany, GA, and Ronny Moree of Loganville, GA.
Mrs. McDonald was known for her kindness and generosity. She will be terribly missed by her family and friends.

Her family wishes to grieve privately at this time.
