Earline C. Thomas

Earline C. Thomas, 89, of Albany, GA passed into eternal rest on Monday, September 25, 2017. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Bruce Smith will officiate. Interment 3:00 p.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery, Quitman, GA. Mr. Michael Pace will officiate. 

Born in Thomaston, GA, Mrs. Thomas had resided in Albany, GA since 2011 moving from Enterprise, AL where she had resided for twenty-five years. She was retired from A&W Manufacturing and was of the Pentecostal faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lee Arthur Corbin and Mary Alma Shinholster Corbin, her husband, John Henry Thomas, a son, Jack Thomas, grandchild, Kary Stokes, great-grandchild, Brandon Stokes, sons-in-law, Donnie Damren and Travis Ward.

 Survivors include four daughters, Mary Ward, Haleyville, AL, Elaine Damren, Enterprise, AL, Joyce White, Grand Bay, AL, Dorothy Pace, Albany, GA, daughter in law, Linda Lindsey, Enterprise, AL., eleven grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren, and eighteen great great grandchildren. 

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the service begins at Mathews Funeral Home.
