Donald Glynn Hall, 51, of Albany, GA, died Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Pastor Jay Barcus will officiate. Interment will follow in Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery.

A native and lifelong resident of Albany, GA, Mr. Hall received a B. S. degree in biology in 1983 graduating, Magna Cum Laude, from Albany State College, he received an A. S. degree in Respiratory Care from Darton State College in 1995. He was an ACLS and BLS instructor with the American Heart Association, a licensed respiratory care professional (RRT) with the State of Georgia, a registered polysomnographic technologist (RPSGT) in good standing with the Registry of Polysomnographic Technologists. He began full time at Darton State College on May 22, 2006 as instructor and director of clinical education and respiratory care and was the instructor of polysomnography and director of polysomnography program, and also worked with Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital as a respiratory therapist. He attended Forrester Community Church in Lee Co., GA and was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert A. Hall and Mary Lee Spell Hall.

Survivors include his wife, Dawnette Courtney Hall, Albany, GA, a son, Matthews Ashton Hall, Hillard, FL, three daughters, Jennifer Howard, Rome, GA, Courtney Marie Beasley, Pelham, GA, Annalyse Miriam Hall, Albany, GA, a brother, Ronald Hall, Albany, GA, three sisters, Wanda Vega and Barbara Blackburn both of Albany, GA and Duane Stephenson, Tifton, GA.

The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.
