Donald Ray Brimer

Donald Ray Brimer, 79, of Albany, GA died Monday, August 8, 2016 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Memorial services will be Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. A.R. Wilbourn will officiate.
Born in Bradley, AR, Mr. Brimer had resided in Albany since 1957. He had served in the Air Force and was a retired postal clerk with the US Postal Service. He was a member Faith Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mickie Minix Brimer, a son, David Ray Brimer (Gail) all of Albany, GA, two daughters, Teresa Brimer Stanton (Tim), Panama City Beach, FL, Kim Brimer Calhoun (Mike), Leesburg, GA, two brothers, Fred Brimer, Mayflower, AR, Sherman Brimer, Texarkana, TX, a sister, Joyce Brimer Johnson, Wake Village, TX, nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends following the services at the funeral home.
