Diane Z. Haire

Diane Z. Haire, 63, of Baconton, GA, died November 2, 2017 at her residence. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM at Mathews Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Sale City Cemetery. A native of Cincinnati, OH, Mrs. Haire grew up Louisville, KY and graduated from Western High School. She moved to Albany, GA in 1986 where she graduated from Darton State College with an Associate Degree in Nursing. Mrs. Haire was employed with Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital as a Registered Nurse and was also a Certified Addiction Counselor. She was a member of Freelife Church and helped found the Free Life Recovery Program. Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Haire of Baconton, GA, a son and his wife, Brian and Taunya Jasper of Shelbyville, KY, a daughter, Brittany Carter of Baconton, GA, a step-son, Jeff Haire and his wife, Angie of Lee County, GA, nine grandchildren, Michael Jasper, Taylor Jones, Christian Jasper, Carter Esquibel, Lily Jasper, Mackenzie Haire, Madisyn Haire, Zackary Haire, Sarah Haire, and one great-granddaughter, Raegan Jasper. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Monday, November 6, 2017 at Mathews Funeral Home.
