Dennis Ray Gresham

Dennis Ray Gresham, 67, of Terrell Co., GA, died Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, May 24, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Beacon Baptist Church, Albany, GA. Rev Jan Conner and Rev. Reagan Marsh will officiate. Interment will follow in Vilulah Baptist Church Cemetery, Coleman, GA.

Mr. Gresham had lived in Terrell Co., GA since 1984 moving from Albany, GA. He was a house framer and later worked with Ron's Oak Products before retirement. He was a member of the NRA, he was supportive and worked with the Terrell Co. Humane Society, he volunteered with the dog rescue with Terrell Co. Animal Control and was a member of Beacon Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Benjamin Gresham and Ruby Lee Cook Gresham.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Lindsey Gresham, Sasser, GA, a son and his wife, Ray Gresham and Teresa, Leesburg, GA, two sisters, Brenda Fleenor and her husband Tip, Juliett, GA, Debra Ellis, Sumner, GA, a sister-in-law, Barbara Donley and her husband, Stevie, Patmon, GA, four grandchildren, Hope Klausen, Justin Foster, Abigail Gresham and Sara Gresham, two great-grandchildren, Chole Klausen and Grace Klausen and a number of nieces and nephews..

The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.
