Debra Sue Carter Lee

Debra Sue Carter Lee, 60 of Albany, GA.  Died Sunday April 24, 2022 at Willson Hospice House.  A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, May 2, 2022 at 4:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home.  Darin Hall will officiate.

Mrs. Lee was born June 22, 1961 in Donalsonville, GA, daughter of Ruby Marie Casey and the late Horace Eugene Casey.  She was a member of East Albany Baptist Church and she was a homemaker.  She enjoyed nature walks by the river and loved to cook and eat.  She was also preceded in death by her son Terry Nathaniel Lee and her sister Angela Ann Casey and her brother Joseph Casey.

She is survived by her sons Robert Carter (Kathy) of Albany, GA. and William Johnson, Jr. of Carson City, NV, her daughters Heather Johnson (Jaccob) of Leesburg, GA. and Lacey Lee of Daytona, Fl, her mother Ruby Marie Casey of Albany, GA, her brother Steve Casey (Jan) of Eatonton, GA. and sisters Donna Scott (Steve) of Albany, GA and Wanda Kirkland (Steve) of Americus, GA and grandchildren Payton Lee, Braylon Johnson and Isaiah Johnson.
