Debra Rene Gibson

Debra Rene Gibson, 32, of Albany, GA, died Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at Willson Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Bobby Moye will officiate. Interment will be in Greathouse Cemetery, Temple, TX.

A native of Temple, TX, Miss Gibson had resided in Albany, GA for the past twenty five years. She was enrolled in ARC, attended Lions Learning and the Adult Daycare Program. She participated in the Special Olympics in basketball, bocci, bowling and equestrian events and attended the First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her parents, Don and Deidre Gibson, Albany, GA, a sister, Summer Rose Rich (Jason), a niece Morgan Grace Rich and a nephew, Davis Walker Rich, all of Fuquay-Verina, NC, and a brother, Gary Don Gibson, of Atlanta, GA.
