Deborah Lynn Gilliland Walls

Deborah Lynn Gilliand Walls, 59, of Leesburg, GA, died Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Bishop Roy Tolman will officiate. Interment will follow in Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery.

A native of Cullman, Al, and Mrs. Walls had resided in Lee Co., GA, since 2000 moving from Putney, GA. She was a retired nurse and formerly employed with Albany Internal Medicine. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was preceded in death by her father, Huey Gilliland and a son, Leonard Brandon Walls, Sr.

Survivors include her husband, Lenny Walls, Leesburg, GA, a son, Steven Jay Walls (Brenda), and a daughter, Leslie Autumn Walls (Susannah) all of Albany, GA, mother Mary Smith and a brother, Wayne Gilliland both of Scottsboro, AL, two sisters, Gail Maxfield (Bob), Cullman, AL, Sarah League (Melvin), Altoona, Al, three grandchildren, Aubreigh, Elizabeth and Brandon, JR.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.
