Deborah Lynn Fowler

Deborah Lynn Fowler, 46, of Albany, GA, died July 12, 2017 at Columbus Specialty Hospital, Inc. Memorial services will be held Saturday at 2:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home. Mr. Ross Powell will officiate. 

A native of Moultrie Ga, Miss Deborah was born to the late Jerry and Connie Fowler.  She grew up in Moultrie and moved to Tifton. In 1995 she moved to Albany and resided with her Albany ARC family. She is survived by her special caretakers, Dorothy McDonald, Lynda Salter, and the rest of her Albany ARC family. She loved to listen to music and play the drums. Miss Deborah was of the Baptist Faith.
