Deborah P. Cook

Deborah P. Cook, 70, of Lee Co., GA, passed away, Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at her residence. Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Debbie Cone will officiate.

Born in Fitzgerald, GA , Deborah was a licensed nurse and later was employed with Mid Georgia Courier. Inc. until her retirement. She was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Parrish and Nora Benson Parrish Morrison, a son, Matthew Keller and a daughter, Nicole Temple.

Survivors include her husband, James Monroe Cook, Jr., Albany, GA,  children, Jason Edward Keller (Judy), Leesburg, GA and Jim Cook, Jr., Saudi Arabia, brothers, Eddie Parrish, Warner Robins, GA, Tony Parrish (Teresa), Atlanta, GA, Kevin Parrish, Warner Robins, GA, sisters, Marilyn Cunningham (Howard), Fairfax, VA, Rhonda Hoffman, Valdosta, GA, mother and father in law, Mary Joiner Herman and Floyd Herman, Albany, GA, grandchildren, Chase, Jake and Henry and great-grand child, Heidi.
