Dana Holden Hulbert

Dana Holden Hulbert, 60, of Leesburg, FL, died Tuesday, July 17, 2018 in Leesburg, FL.

Her funeral service will be Monday 3 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home with interment in Floral Memory Gardens.  Mr. Ross Powell will officiate. 

A native of Albany, Dana was a Physical Therapist and had lived multiple cities across the United States most recently settling in Leesburg, FL for the past seven years.

She was preceded in death by her parents Harvey and Avis Gilliam Holden, brother, W. Harvey Holden and a niece Laura Cook.

Survivors include her sister, Maryse H. Cook (Larry) of Albany, niece Marla Cook Edmonds (Ryan) of Leesburg, GA, nephew Hayes Cook (Becca) of Albany, GA, great nephews, Hunter L. Brettel, Landon Brettel and Holden R. Cook.

The family will receive friends Monday 2 to 3 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.
