Cynthia Oliver Harrold

Cynthia Oliver Harrold, 58, of Lee County, died Thursday, July 20, 2017 at her residence.  

Her memorial service will be 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at Mathews Funeral Home.  

A native of Albany, Cindy was a home maker. She loved staying home and taking care of her two children. As they grew and became adults, she took up gardening and spent her days working in her yard. She loved fishing with her family, including her grandson, Grayson. She was preceded in death by her mother, Joanne, father, Louie, brother, Mike, and brother, Ricky. 

Survivors include her husband, Claud Harrold, Jr., of Lee County, son Michael Harrold, of Lee County, daughter, Kelsey Richardson (Keith) of Albany, grandson, Grayson Richardson, brother, David Mayers, of Albany, and a number of nieces and nephews, and friends she considered family.

The family will receive friends following her memorial service.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to the Exchange Club of Albany, 810 S Westover Blvd, Albany, GA 31707, towards the prevention of child abuse in her memory.
