Corrine Shattles Swearingen

Corrine Shattles Swearingen, 63, of Dawson, GA, died Saturday, December 21, 2013 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Bobby Moye will officiate. Interment will follow in Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Swearingen was born in Dawson, GA and had been a lifelong resident. She was retired from the Arctic Bear and Albany Health Care, Inc. and was a member of Raleigh White Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren W. Swearingen.
Survivors include two sons, Leroy A. Etheridge and Mike L. Etheridge both of Dawson, GA, two step daughters, Monica Lashley and Jennifer Lashley Rustin (Bam Bam) both of Albany, GA and two grandchildren, Kodie Rustin and Little Man Rustin.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. until the funeral hour at Mathews Funeral Home.
