Coralie Medley Hallyburton

Coralie Medley Hallyburton, 90, of Albany, GA, died September 28, 2016 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home. Ross Powell will officiate. Interment will follow in Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery.

A native of Tampa, FL, born to the late Robert and Helen Thompson, Mrs. Hallyburton married at the young age of 16 and moved to Donalsonville, GA with her new husband, Pat Medley. They then moved to Albany, GA in 1953. She was employed with Coats and Clark for over twenty years and was a Baptist by faith.

Survivors include two daughters, Patti Jo Morgan of Albany, GA and Lynan Grant of Leslie, GA, a sister, Betty Jean Preble of Tampa, FL, two step-sons, Robert Hallyburton and his wife, Gail of Bloomfield Heights, MI and Johnny Hallyburton and his wife, Cindy of Wetumpka, AL and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Pat Medley, Ed Tharpe and Thomas Hallyburton, two sons, Robert Larry Medley and Terry Lee Medley her sister, Janice Deschner and a step-daughter, Virginia Beaty.

The family will receive friends one hour before the funeral at Mathews Funeral Home.
