Connie Raye Watts

Connie Raye Watts, 58, of Albany, GA, died June 25, 2015 at her residence. Graveside services will be held Sunday, June 28, at 2:00 PM at Sunnyside Cemetery in Cordele. Ross Powell will officiate.

A native of Cordele, GA, Connie had lived in Albany, GA for the past forty five years. She was a 1974 graduate of Albany High School and attended Albany Technical Institute. Connie was employed as a professional Dog Groomer with Westover Animal Hospital.

Survivors include her daughters, Cassie Hale of Albany, GA and Carrie Watts and her fiancée, Logan Serr of Buford, GA, two granddaughters, Brittney Nicole Strenth of Leesburg, GA and Emma Reese Serr of Buford, GA, her father, Al Hale (Barbara) of The Villages, FL, two sisters, Carla White (Howard) of Jacksonville, FL and Debi Walker of Tifton, GA, a brother, David Hale (Electra) of San Diego, CA, one nephew and several nieces.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM Saturday at Mathews Funeral Home.
