Cindy L. Fisher

Cindy L. Fisher, 68, of Albany, GA, passed away Sunday, March 8, 2020, at Pruitt Health and Rehabilitation.  Memorial services will be conducted on March 12, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Mathews Funeral Home.  Mr. Ross Powell will officiate.  

 Cindy was born on June 21, 1951, in Kalamazoo, MI, to the late Dewey and Bernadine Melvin.  She was a very out going, lovable and strong willed woman. When she loved she loved with her whole heart. She was always cracking jokes and always putting a smile on someone’s face even if you were a stranger. If you knew Cindy you knew she was a fire cracker, always made the room light up. She was loved by many 

 In addition to her parents Cindy was preceded in death by her siblings Bob Melvin, Tom Melvin, and Jim Melvin.  Survivors include her children Jimmie Griffith, Montana Smith,  Donnie Fisher and the devoted father of her daughters, Jimmy Smith, grandchildren Kylie Zabadah, Abigail Zabadah, Sawyer Zabadah, Devon Smith, Jayden Smith, and Jayla Holland, sisters Sandy Willenburg, Detta Dyal, and Cher Melvin, and a brother Rick Melvin.

 The family will receive friends immediately following the services at Mathews Funeral Home.
