Christopher "Chris" John Hall

Christopher "Chris" John Hall, 47, of Albany, GA passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2023 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Graveside funeral services will be conducted Friday, November 3, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery. Rev. Debbie Cone will officiate.

Born in Albany, GA, Chris was educated in the Dougherty County School System. He was employed with Engineering and Equipment in Albany, GA before is health would not let him continue.

Chris had two loves in his life: his family and music. He was really drawn to the piano and at a young age he could listen to a song and play it. He also played drums and guitar.

When his physical health took a turn for the worse, and he couldn't drive anymore and basically homebound, he turned to cooking. He would plan the meals, we would bring him the ingredients and he would prepare it. He cooked for us almost everyday as long as he was able.

We will miss him so much but are comforted by the fact that we will see him again someday. In the meantime, he's enjoying that beautiful music in heaven.

He was preceded in death by his brother, James W. "Jimmy" Hall, III.

Survivors include his four children, Brenden Burson, Destin, FL, Trinity Hall, Albany, GA, Lilly Hall and Vivian Hall both of Marietta, GA , parents, James W. Hall, Jr. and Rita Hall, Albany, GA, siblings, Jeff Hall and (Tiffany) Hall, Lee Co., GA, Scott Hall (Dawn), Albany, GA  and five grandchildren.
