Chris "Hennie" D. Brown

Chris “Hennie” Brown, 57, of Byron, GA, formerly of Albany, GA, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Medical Center, Navicent Health in Macon, Ga.  A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, June 30, 2017 at 10:00 am at Mathews Funeral Home.  Rev. Phil Thomas will officiate. 

Born in Macon, GA, Chris believed in the Baptist faith. He enjoyed racing, fishing and had a passion for animals, especially dogs. 

Chris is proceeded in death by his grandparents, Frank and Laura Clenney Brown of Coleman, Ga and Lawrence and Dora Childers Hayes of Edison, Ga. 

Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Joann Brown,  a daughter Lindsey Bryan of Byron, GA, a son Christopher Brown of St. Petersburg, FL, his parents :William "Billy" F. Sr. and Thelma Brown of Ft. Gaines, GA, and a brother William "Bill" F. Brown Jr. and his wife Delores of Baconton, GA.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service at Mathews Funeral Home.
