Charles Tony Apperson

Charles Tony Apperson, 55, of Leesburg, died Friday at Willson Hospice House.

His funeral service will be Tuesday 10 a.m. at Leesburg Cemetery.  Rev. Jeff Henry will officiate. 

A native of Albany Tony was a diesel mechanic for Interstate National Lease and graduated from Albany High School in 1980.  He was preceded in death father Charles A. Apperson and mother Betty Parker Apperson Smith

Survivors include his sisters, Debra Mays, Panama City, FL, Shirley Cannon (Eddie), Albany, nephew, Wayne Baltzell, Leesburg, three nieces Candace Baltzell Carter, Wewahitchka, FL, Sherri Cannon, Savannah, Rhonda Cannon Beckman (Brad), Jacksonville, FL, 3 great nieces and several aunts and uncles and a host of cousins.

The family will receive friends Monday 6 to 8 PM at Mathews Funeral Home.
