Charles Michael (Mike) Bush

Charles Michael (Mike) Bush, 59, of Albany, GA, died Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at his residence. Mike was born in Albany, GA on June 29, 1954 and lived in Dougherty and Lee County all of his life except when he served in the United States Navy. He was a graduate of Lee County High School and he was retired from the US Navy.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Anna Bush and his sister, Minnie Bush McGlashan. He is survived by his guardian and former foster parent, Patti Savelle of Leesburg, GA, his friends and caregivers, Linda Rieves and Eddie Tyree of Albany, GA, his “little angel”, Jennifer Tipper of Leesburg, GA, his aunt, Jennifer Asher of Hyden, KY and a number of other friends.

A graveside funeral service will be held Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Leesburg Cemetery. Rev. Bobby Moye will officiate.
