Cathy Lynn Noel

Cathy Lynn Noel, 58, of Lee County, GA, died January 30, 2015 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Greg Davis will officiate. Interment will follow in Leesburg Cemetery.

A native of Albany, Cathy graduated from Albany High School in 1975 and moved to Lee County, GA in 1983. She worked with her mother at Gil Poore's House Restaurant (later MaMa Jeans) early in her life and later for Ole Times Restaurant in Tifton, GA and Ryans Steak House in Albany, GA. Cathy loved her dogs, Rocky and Louie. Cathy looked forward to weekends to spend with friends going out dancing, she love to dance. She loved being a waitress and meeting people.
She was preceded in death by her mother and step-father, Jean and Robert Williams, her father Andy Anderson and a nephew Brian Botkin.

Survivors include her son, Pat Noel (Kimberly Knight) of Leesburg, GA, two sisters, Wanda Langley (Jim) of Lee County, GA and Laura Morgan of Athens, GA, a brother, Chuck Botkin (Cheryl) of Lee County, GA, three grandchildren, Ethan Knight, Kendall Morris and Marleigh Knight all of Lee County, GA. Nephews Jimbo Langley (Paige), Scott Langley (Britten), Mark Langley, Allen Botkin ( Chelsa) and Garrett Botkin.

The family will receive friends Monday, February 2, 2015 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Mathews Funeral Home.
