Bruce Lynn Franks

Bruce Lynn Franks, 66, of Lee Co., GA passed away Monday, April 15, 2024 at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Johnny White will officiate. Interment will follow in Leesburg Cemetery.

Bruce was preceded in death by his parents, Willard Brice Franks and Florence Salyers Franks, a brother, Barry Franks and a sister, Brenda Franks Raybon .

Bruce was born in Wurzburg, Germany, he was educated in the Dougherty County, GA School System, served in the United States Army and was of the Christian Faith.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa Moree Franks, a son, Chase Franks ( Amanda Peavy) all of Lee Co., GA,, daughters, Jessica Franks Shoemaker (Robert), Santa Rosa Beach, FL, Tessa Franks Hilgendorf (Scott), Perry, GA, sister, Bonita Franks Love (Danny), Blue Ridge, GA, brother, Brice Franks, Villa Rica, GA and six grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 17, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.
