Bob Ray Shaver

Bob R. Shaver, 76 of Albany, GA, died Sunday, January 13, 2013 at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA.

A native of Nashville, TN, Mr. Shaver lived most of his life in Albany, GA. He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife Emily Haire Shaver.

Survivors include a daughter, Lynn Jones (Scott) of Atlanta, GA; two sons, David Shaver of Wenonah, NJ, and Ray Shaver (Gale) of Leesburg, GA; and four grandchildren, Nicci Jones, Darby Jones, Charlie Jones and Drew Shaver.

A private family memorial service will be held at Crown Hill Mausoleum, Crown Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asked that donations be sent to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Georgia Chapter, 1117 Perimeter Center West, Suite E101, Atlanta, GA 30338.
