Billy Randolph Moore

Billy Randolph Moore, 85, of Albany, GA., died Wednesday, at Dawson Health and Rehabilitation. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. at Beacon Baptist Church. Rev. Jim Eubanks will officiate. Interment will follow at Floral Memory Gardens.

Mr. Moore was a veteran serving in the United States Air Force. He was a mechanical engineer and worked for various companies including Coats and Clark and MacGregor Golf. Mr. Moore enjoyed fishing, hunting and the occasional round of golf. He was preceded in death by a sister in law, Shirley Brown Moore and a grandson Hunter Spence. He was a member of Beacon Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Martha Moore, two step daughters , Amanda Palmer (Andrew), Lisa Spence and Jimmy Waits (Tammy), his grandchildren, Rachel Etheridge, Stewart Preston, Hillary Willis, Macee Palmer, Mackenzie Spence, four great grandchildren and a brother Thomas Marion Moore, Jr.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Beacon Baptist Church.
