Beverly Anne Stewart Harrell

Beverly Anne Stewart Harrell, 78, of Bronwood, GA, formerly of Dawson, GA, died September 21, 2024. Graveside funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Rev. Allen Carmichael will officiate. The family will visit with friends following the service.

Beverly was born in Americus. GA on December 5, 1945 to the late Walton and Musette Stewart. She was raised in Sasser, GA and graduated from Terrell County High School. Beverly moved to Dawson, GA when she and Rudy Harrell married and was employed with Laing Hardware Company for many years. She was a member of and very active in the Dawson Methodist Church and in the Kairos Prison Ministry. Her passion was horses, which she rode, boarded, competed in and gave riding lessons. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rudolph V. “Rudy” Harrell and her sister, Musette Gilberstadt. 

Survivors include her son, Walt and Donita Harrell of Dawson and her grandchildren, Hannah (Charles) Speaks of Arden, NC and Hadyn Harrell of Atlanta, GA.
