Betty Sue Eubanks

Betty Sue Eubanks, 79, of Leesburg, GA died Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at Willson Hospice House. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 AM at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Donnie G. Nix will officiate. Interment will follow at Leesburg Cemetery.

A native of Warwick, GA, Mrs. Eubanks, fondly known as "Mama Bud", had resided in Leesburg for the past forty nine years and was a homemaker. Mrs. Eubanks attended and played basketball at Worth County High School. She loved fishing, working in the yard, cooking and baking and loving her family.

Survivors include her husband of forty nine years, Gary Eubanks of Leesburg, GA, a son Billy Eubanks and his wife, Theresa of Leesburg, GA, three daughters, Wanda Fiveash and her husband, Sharber of Albany, GA, Carol Singleton and her husband, Aubrey of Albany, GA and Vicki Pittman and her husband, Kyle of Leesburg, GA, fourteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren and one on the way and a beloved pet, "Lil Man". Mrs. Eubanks was preceded in death by a daughter, Cathy Connell.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home.

The family will be at the residence of Billy and Theresa Eubanks, 181 Canal Street, Leesburg, GA.
