Betty W Bennett

Betty Williams Bennett, 90, of Albany, GA, died January 17, 2025 at The Willson Hospice House. No services will be held at this time.

Mrs. Bennett was born in Moultrie, GA on October 11, 1934 to Cecil and Myrle Williams. She graduated from Moultrie High School, got married and was a Military Wife for many years. She lived in many places including Ft. Hood, TX and Savannah, GA. Mrs. Bennett moved to Albany, GA in 1975 and was employed with Sears and Grand Isle Country Club. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bennett was preceded in death by her siblings, Morris Williams and Linda Kirkland.

Survivors include her children, Paula (Jessie) Watts of Lee County, GA and Randy (Pam) Simmons of Albany, GA, a sister, Ann Carter of Lee County, GA, three grandchildren, Jordon (Ryan) Hall of Camilla, GA, Cody Watts and Mandy (Matthew) Hendrix all of Lee County, GA and five grandchildren, Abigal Wainwright, Weslynn Watts, Henley Hall, Harrison Hall and Kole Simmons.
