Benjamin Harvey

Benjamin Harvey, 73, of Albany, died Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at Evergreen Assisted Living. His service will be Saturday 2:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home with interment in Crown Hill Cemetery. A native of Meigs, GA, Mr. Harvey was a retired Turf Management Specialist working with numerous golf courses in South Georgia.  He proudly served his country during the Vietnam War as a Navy Corpsman. Mr. Harvey was golf and gun enthusiast. He was preceded in death by his daughter Michelle Harvey. Survivors include his children, Michael Harvey, Stephanie Chastain, Jennifer Jeppson, Cynthia Mann, Timothy Harvey, Kimberly Clark and Christopher Harvey.  Also surviving are twenty-six grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a brother, Robert Harvey.
