Barbara Bigham Robinson

Barbara Bigham Robinson, 77, of Albany, GA died Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Pruitt Health Care Palmyra.  Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home.  Ross Powell will officiate.  Interment will follow in Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery.

A native of Chester, SC, born June 15, 1940 to the late William and Margaret Bigham, Mrs. Robinson and attended Great Falls High School.  She was a career Military Wife and traveled with her husband until the moved to Albany, GA in 1974 from Key West, FL.  She was a homemaker and mother, but also was employed during the years with K-Mart, Lykes Brothers and Phoebe Putney.

Survivors include her husband, Stoy F. Robinson of Albany, GA, a son and his wife, John and Jan Eudy of Lee County, GA, a daughter and her husband, Debbie and Charles Smith of Cayce, SC, four grandsons, seven granddaughters, two great-granddaughters and two siblings, Doris Ross and Eddie Bigham and his wife, Rhoda all of Cayce, SC.

The family will receive friends one hour before the service at Mathews Funeral Home.
