Audrey Bryan Fulford, 96, of Albany, died July 19 at home surrounded by her family. Visitation with the family will be at 11 AM Monday at Porterfield Memorial United Methodist Church followed by a memorial service at noon. The Reverend Lee Ann Raynor will officiate. Interment will be private prior to the service.
Born in Arlington, Georgia, Audrey was the daughter of the late William Cullen and Tommie Roberts Bryan. She attended school in Damascus, Georgia, followed by Georgia Southwestern College. She was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, George Eubanks Fulford, and her siblings, Annie Laura Ginn, Clarence Bryan, Hugh Bryan, Joe Bryan, Sara Houston and Edsel Bryan.
Mrs. Fulford was a long time member of Porterfield Memorial United Methodist Church, Alpha Sunday school class and United Methodist Women’s Circle. She was also a member of The Albany Woman’s Club, garden club, many bridge clubs, and a variety of civic organizations.
She is survived by her daughters, Lynda Bradwell (Sumter) and Cathy Henderson (Ed Deane); her grandchildren Kathryn Connolly (Andrew), Lauren Henderson Doran, James Bradwell (Akangsha), Allison Bradwell McCullough (Ryan), and John Henderson (Amelia); great granddaughter Amelia Connolly, and many nieces and nephews.
