Aszlee "Lee" York Konorosky

Aszlee “Lee” Konorosky, 80, of Lee County, GA, died October 28, 2017 at her residence.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:00 AM at Mathews Funeral Home.  Rev. Ray Leverault will officiate.  She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Andersonville National Cemetery at 2:00 PM.

A native of Colquitt County, GA, born to the late Frank and Mary York, Mrs. Konorosky grew up in Moultrie, GA.  She moved to Leesburg, GA in 1970.  She was the owner and operator of Lee’s Fancy Stitches.  Mrs. Konorosky was a member of St. Teresa’s Catholic Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Charles John Konorosky.

Survivors include her children, Greg (Kim) Konorosky of Port St. Joe, FL and Amy (Jon) Miller of Leesburg, GA, her grandchildren, Peyton Miller of Leesburg, GA, Tyler Konorosky of Atlanta, GA, Kristen Overman of Port St. Joe, FL, Madison Konorosky of West Point, GA, Adi Miller of Athens, GA, Austin Konorosky and Jake Overman both of Port St. Joe, FL and her siblings, Alvin York of Windsor, NC, Avis Norman of Moultrie, GA, Arnestteen Adams of Manchester, GA, Anna Strickland of Albany, GA and Audrey Dozier of Leesburg, GA.

The family will receive friends one hour before the service at Mathews Funeral Home.
