Armontine Peavy Hall

Armontine Peavy Hall, 84, of Albany, GA, died April 30, 2019 at her residence. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev Terry Siniard will officiate. Interment will follow in Cool Springs Cemetery.

Mrs. Hall was a native of Randolph County, GA and was born on December 2, 1934 to Ronald and Marguerite Peavy. She grew up in Albany, GA where she received her High School Degree and graduated from Albany Technical College.

She was a wonderful mother and also was a Beautician. She retired from The Marine Corps Logistic Base and was involved with the family business, Hall Express. Mrs. Hall was a member of The Grace Church of The Nazarine, The Loyal and Protective Order of The Elk, Lodge # 713 and the Loyal Order of The Moose # 1285. She also enjoyed camping and traveling. She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Franklin Hall.

Survivors include her sons, Benny (Debbie) Hall and Buddy (Beth) Hall all of Lee County, GA, a sister, Sally (Irvin) Storey and a brother, Jack (Beth) Smith all of Lee County, GA, eight grandchildren, Mike (Mandy) Hall of Lee County, GA, Jason (Monica) Hall of Dothan, AL, Jennifer (Stewart) Rogers of Worth County, GA, Cameron Hall and Cooper Hall both of Ft. Worth, TX, Callie Hall of Ft. Keller, TX, Toby Hall and Tyson Hall, both of Dothan, AL, step-grandchildren, Chris (Erin) Anderson, William (Kim) Anderson, Barbara (Don) Moody all of Lee County, GA, her great-grandchildren, Cody, Caleb, Benny, Toby and Tyson and her caregiver, Ron Morgan.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday at Mathews Funeral Home.
