Amy Marie Goodroe, 42, of Albany, GA passed away Thursday, May 11, 2023 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Amy was born in Albany, GA and was a animal care giver. She was of the Christian faith.

Survivors include her mother, Melanie Partain Goodroe, and her father Charles Goodroe  both of Albany, GA,  her brother, Ethan Goodroe, Valdosta, GA, nephew, Carter Goodroe, Valdosta, GA, aunts and uncles, aunt Melinda Griffin, Leesburg, GA, aunt  Donna McLaggan and uncle John McLaggan, Hahira, GA, aunt Sherry Goodroe and uncle Cecil Goodroe, Conyers, GA, cousins, Kaylayh Griffin, Cartersville, GA, cousins, Ailynn Millard, Cartersville, GA, Ronnie Webb and David Webb both of Hahira, GA, Mark Mills, Jefferson, GA and Matthew Mills, Aunt Barbara and Uncle Jeff Mills, Lawrenceville, GA.  

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at Mathews Funeral Home.
