Aline Bussey Grace

Aline Bussey Grace, 92, of Magnolia Manor, formerly of Leesburg, GA, died June 9, 2017. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 3:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Lee Smith and Rev. Wesley Kaylor will officiate. Interment will follow in the Leesburg Cemetery.

A native of Rupert, GA, Mrs. Grace was born to the late Willie C. and Artie Bussey. She graduated from Oglethorpe High School in 1941and moved to Leesburg, GA in 1945 with her husband, C. R. Grace. Mrs. Grace was employed with Otis Hill Chevrolet in Leesburg and retired from the Lee County Department of Family and Children Services (DFACS) after twenty five years. Mrs. Grace was a member of the Leesburg United Methodist Church and served as president of the United Methodist Women for many years. The Aline Grace Circle was named in her honor.

Mrs. Grace was preceded in death by her husband, C. R. Grace and her granddaughter, Laura Giles Deyette. Survivors include four daughters, Angie Kaylor and her husband, Wesley of Lee County, GA, Pam Harris of Leesburg, GA, Patti Dolan and her husband, Bill of Covington, GA and Rachel Grace and her fiance , Charlie Walker of Waukeenah, FL, nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM Sunday at Mathews Funeral Home.

The family is at the residence of Angie and Wesley Kaylor in northeast Lee County, 855 Chokee Road, DeSoto, GA, 31743.
