Alice Rabon Harrell

Alice Rabon Harrell, 77, of Leesburg, GA, died May 22, 2022 at her residence.  Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at Leesburg Cemetery.  Rev. Charles Jones will officiate.

Alice was born on June 30, 1944 to Ed and Annie Rabon in Albany and attended Albany High School.  She married Gene Harrell in 1961 and she was a mother, wife, homemaker and was also employed with The Albany Herald.  Alice enjoyed her role as a homemaker and taking care of her grandkids.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Eugene Harrell, a son Chris Harrell, and a brother, Carl Rabon.

Survivors include her daughter, Pam Johnson of Leesburg, GA, her siblings, Tommy Rabon of Colquitt County, GA and Louise (Sam) Clark of Worth County, GA, a daughter-in-law, Donna Williams of Sasser, GA, her grandchildren, Delilah (Joe) Nageotte of Athens, GA, C.J. Johnson and Damon Chance Johnson of Leesburg, GA and her great-grandchildren, Aiden, Easton, Chandler, Connor and Owen.

The family will receive friends at Leesburg Cemetery following the service.
