Addie Tucker Stempinsky

Addie L. Tucker Stempinsky, 86, of Seasons Christian Care Center at 2724 Ledo Road, died Thursday, July 12, 2012 at Wynfield Park Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 21, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Mathews Funeral Home. Roger Montgomery will officiate. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery.

Mrs. Stempinsky was born Addie Leona Tucker to Walter Lee Tucker and Addie Bernice Odum in Hinesville Georgia. She moved to Albany, GA from Ft. Lauderdale, FL, was a nurse and spent most of her adult life in Albany.

She is survived by her four children. three daughters, Johnne Sizemore (James) of Smithville, GA, Cheryl Dyes (Steve), Connie Spence (Ricky) and one son, Roger Montgomery (Phyllis) all of Leesburg, GA. She is also survived her brother, Raymond H. Hill (Gayle) of Shellman, GA and her sister, Boots Gately of Houston, Texas. She leaves behind 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday, July 20, 2012 at Mathews Funeral Home.
